<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet recording head that can use a solvent repeatedly long and suppress residue from being produced at a periphery of an ink jet port and in a liquid chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inkjet recording head includes the steps of preparing a substrate having a mold to become an ink flow path and an orifice layer covering the mold, and the steps of immersing the substrate in the solvent, wherein the steps of immersing the substrate in the solvent is configured to irrdiate the mold at the substrate immersed in the solvent with deep-UV light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
