<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical machining apparatus and an electrochemical machining method by which both a plane portion and an edge are highly accurately machined. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical machining apparatus includes: a pair of first electrodes 10A which are installed in such a manner that they face both faces of a plane-shaped metal to be machined fixed at a prescribed position and a distance to the surface of the metal to be machined is changeable; a first voltage application section 11A which applies a voltage between the metal to be machined as an anode and the first electrodes 10A as a cathode; a first sending section 16 which sends an electrolyte in such a manner that the electrolyte flows to a clearance between the first electrodes 10A and the metal to be machined applied with the voltage; a pair of second electrodes 10B which are installed in such a manner that they face ends of the metal to be machined having been machined by the application of the voltage by the first voltage application section 11A, and the distance to the edges of the fixed metal to be machined is changeable; a second voltage application section which applies a voltage between the metal to be machined as an anode and the second electrodes 10B as a cathode; and a second sending section 16 which sends an electrolyte in such a manner that the electrolyte flows between the second electrodes 10B and metal to be machined applied with the voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
