<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability, durability and the like by surely preventing a main valve element from suddenly lifting and colliding with a pilot valve element. <P>SOLUTION: The valve includes: a valve body 102 provided with an inflow port 110 and an outflow port 111; the main valve element 23 for opening and closing the outflow port; and a fitting chamber 24 to which the main valve element is slidably fitted and which is partitioned into a main valve chamber 25 and a back pressure chamber 26 by the main valve element. The main valve element includes a pilot passage 27 for releasing the pressure of the back pressure chamber to the outflow port, the pilot passage being opened and closed by a pilot valve element 125 driven to move up and down by an electric motor 150. The pilot valve element includes a chamfered cutout 65 constituting a part of a pressure supply passage for supplying the pressure of the main valve chamber 25 or the inflow port to the back pressure chamber, and a throttle part 30t for narrowing the pressure supply passage when the pilot valve element is lifted by a predetermined amount or more relative to the main valve element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
