<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transducer having a low heat conductivity and ensuring excellent adhesion of a substrate and a thermoelectric conversion layer. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate having a porous aluminum anode oxide coating, a thermoelectric conversion layer containing a conductive polymer and a dopant is laminated. The conductive polymer and dopant are dispersed uniformly into the thermoelectric conversion layer. The thermoelectric conversion layer also contains an inorganic thermoelectric conversion material, and the dopant is a compound generating an acid when it is irradiated with heat or an active energy beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
