摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a charge control for suppressing deterioration of a battery used as a power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: In a planning system 1 for charging and vehicle allocation, executing charging control and vehicle allocation control of a plurality of electric vehicles in joint use, the planning system 1 comprises: a battery residual amount detection unit 15b for detecting the battery residual amount of a battery 11 of each electric vehicle 10; a reservation acceptance unit 51a for accepting reservation information of a trip reservation of a next user who uses the electric vehicle, and determining the trip departure time of the next trip; an electric power consumption calculation unit 51c for estimating, on the basis of the reservation information, the required electric power consumption necessary for the next trip; and a planning unit 51d for charging and vehicle allocation. The planning part 51d selects electric vehicles whose battery 11 is capable of storing the required electric power consumption by the trip departure time on the basis of the battery residual amount, the required electric power consumption, and the reservation information, and determines the selected vehicles as allocatable vehicles. Also the planning part 51d determines a vehicle to be allocated among the selected allocatable vehicles on the basis of battery deterioration cost being the degree of influence on battery deterioration.
