<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform more accurate inspection by enabling an inspector to perform inexpensive inspection safely and easily visualizing the inspection without removing a dust collecting electrode and a discharge electrode provided therein which are difficult for the inspector to enter and leave, and without installing any scaffold. <P>SOLUTION: A base frame 91 includes a pair of confronted frames 92a and 92b and a connecting frame 93 engaged with each of the pair of frames 92a and 92b. The base frame 91 is formed to enclose an electrode rod 24 or a discharge wire 25 at an angle smaller than 360°. An imaging apparatus 71 is disposed toward the inside on side surfaces of the frames 92a, 92b constituting the base frame 91 such that an optical axis direction becomes a direction toward the electrode rod 24 (cf., Fig 2) or toward the discharge wire 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
