<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel that reduces the types of panels and achieves cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The floor heating panel 1 has a storage groove 16 for storing a heating medium pipe 8 in a panel body 6. A first pipe inlet 25 and a second pipe inlet 26 are formed on a front end face of the panel body 6. The storage groove 16 has a first straight groove part 27 extending rearward from the first pipe inlet 25 and a second straight groove part 28 extending rearward from the second pipe inlet 26. The first straight groove part 27 and the second straight groove part 28 are provided with joint storage parts 33 and 34 each of which has an enlarged groove width for storing a joint 35 or 36 for connecting the heating medium pipe 8 to the other heating medium pipe 8.
