<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag well type vulcanization device and method for pneumatic tire, capable of reducing a difference between upper and lower temperatures of a vulcanization bladder, and also capable of suppressing thermal deterioration of the vulcanization bladder. <P>SOLUTION: When a green tire G is continuously vulcanized, a heating medium is injected as a temperature control medium H into a hollow part 7a provided with the peripheral wall of a bag well 7 with a clearance left in a thickness direction during a drying cycle from opening to closing of a mold 9 to reduce the difference between the upper/lower temperatures of the vulcanization bladder 2 housed in the bag well 7, and a cooling medium is injected as a temperature control medium H into the hollow part 7a during a long-time drying cycle in which vulcanization of the green tire G is stopped for a long time to lower the temperature of the vulcanization bladder 2 housed in the bag well 7 for cooling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
