<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when housing a printed circuit board between a resin case and a metal housing, and then connecting the ground pattern of the printed circuit board and the metal housing electrically, it is required to ensure more stable RF characteristics over a long term, and a waterproof performance must also be provided. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive elastic body 5 which comes into contact with a ground pattern with a predetermined contact pressure is provided, as a conductive contact between a ground pattern 3a of a printed circuit board 3 and a metal housing 2, on the inner surface of the metal housing 2. A waterproof structure placed, between a resin case 1 and the metal housing 2, annularly along the outer periphery of the printed circuit board is a waterproof elastic body 4 for absorbing dimensional variation of each component.
