<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable throttle type hydrostatic bearing, for which rigidity variation is reduced to easily attain desired rigidity even if the processing accuracy of a constitution member of a variable throttle using a leaf spring is at a low level. <P>SOLUTION: In the variable throttle type hydrostatic bearing, a flow rate of a fluid supplied to a pocket 2a of the hydrostatic bearing is decreased by a variable throttle 3 formed with a fluid supply chamber 32a, a fluid storage chamber 31a having a projection 31b in a central section, and a leaf spring 33 for demarcation between the fluid supply chamber 32a and the fluid storage chamber 31a. Further, a fixed throttle 2c for discharging a fluid from a side face of the pocket 2a is arranged in other than a space t<SB POS="POST">1</SB>between the pocket 2a and a base 10 as a passage for discharging the fluid from the pocket 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
