A method for diagnosing the severity of multiple organ failure in pre-eclampsia and extragenital pathology comprises the assessment of the increased arterial blood pressure at the gestation term of 20 weeks as compared with the initial value. In addition, the following parameters are examined: heart rate, stroke output, cardiac output, total resistance of peripheral blood vessels, creatinine and uric acid content in blood serum, diurnal and per hour diuresis, color of urine, granular casts in urine, the state of the respiration, the consciousness condition, hemostasis, the state of the eye-ground, the state of the nervous system, the leukocyte intoxication index, the presence of extragenital pathology, the use of the assisted reproductive technologies. The parameters are scored, and the points are summed. The score of 10-20 points is indicative of the mild alterations, 21-40 points – moderate severity, and 41-80 points – severe multiple organ failure. |
