The invention relates to the devices for neutralization of solid domestic wastes through high-temperature treatment and can be used in the system of municipal economy. An installation for neutralization of solid domestic and industrial wastes with two-stage cooling of outlet gases includes a reactor and floor section installed with gap, afterburning chamber and heat exchanger coaxial with the reactor, and a system for the purification of gases that includes scrubber and flue that through the inlet opening is connected to the afterburning chamber and through the outlet one – to the scrubber. The reactor and the heat exchanger are made of two semi-round ends connected by parallel-sided walls, the flue is mounted at right angle to the scrubber and additionally includes a system of sprinklers, and the area of the outlet opening of the flue is larger compared to the area of its inlet opening. The invention provides possibility of development of an installation for neutralization of wastes where due to change of structural form of the reactor, the afterburning chamber and the heat exchanger and provision of two-stage cooling of outlet gases with improvement of the flue the productivity and reliability of installation are substantially increased, with increase of its ecological safety and with provision of possibility of development of a wide range of installations with different powers. |
