<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaking-out type mechanical pencil capable of surely nipping a pocket or the like of a dress by a clip 17 by vertically opening/closing the clip 17 while advancing a chuck 1 and a lead tank 7 together with the clip 17 by advancing the clip 17 to make a lead 6 follow the chuck. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding window is formed in a side wall rear part of a barrel cylinder and a sliding member 14 which is longitudinally movable and is actuated in a longitudinal rearward direction by a rear spring 16 is built in the barrel cylinder. The sliding member 14 and the lead tank 7 cooperating with the chuck 1 are configured to abut on each other and to be appropriately separated. The clip 17 is attached to the sliding member 14 to be vertically opened/closed, and a stationary part 17B of the clip 17 is inserted into the sliding window in the barrel cylinder, whereby the sliding member 14 cooperating with advancement of the clip 17 abuts on the lead tank 7, and the sliding member 14, the lead tank 7 and the chuck 1 advance together with the clip 17 to make the lead 6 in the lead tank 7 follow the chuck 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
