<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive exterior wall panel lifter that is easily attached to and detached from an exterior wall panel without taking trouble nor time for lifting operation for exterior wall panel in a narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: An exterior panel lifter 1 includes a support piece 10 inserted into an insertion hole 21 formed from one side face 20a of an exterior wall panel 20 in a width direction A to the width direction A to support the exterior wall panel 20, a hook piece 11 provided in parallel to the support piece 10 and having a hook part 30 where a hook of a lifting machine is hooked, and a coupling piece 12 coupling the support piece 10 and the hook piece 11 to each other. The exterior wall panel lifter 1 is so configured that when a tip of the support piece 10 abuts against a terminal 21a of the insertion hole 21 of the exterior wall panel 20, the position of the hook part 30 of the hook piece 11 is aligned with the gravity center position G of the exterior wall panel in the width direction A.
