<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging optical element capable of achieving excellent image quality using a light shielding member including through-holes having nonuniform cross sections. <P>SOLUTION: Two aperture members 11, 12 are arranged across a lens array 10. The aperture member 11 is provided with alternately aligned shrinking through-holes 111 whose cross sectional areas gradually decrease along an incident direction DL of light and expanding through-holes 112 whose cross sectional areas gradually increase along the direction. The aperture member 12 on the opposite side has the same shape, and the shrinking through-holes and the expanding through-holes of the aperture member 11 and the aperture member 12 are arranged so as to have common central axes. Thus, there can be formed an imaging optical element of a large amount of light and a small amount of light quantity unevenness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
