<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an evacuee to easily evacuate at the occurrence of a fire. <P>SOLUTION: The fire alarm facility is arranged in a building, and includes: a fire sensor for detecting a fire; and a fire receiver for receiving a fire signal from the fire sensor. The fire alarm facility includes a fire information distribution server connected via the Internet to the fire receiver for distributing the information of fire occurrence at the occurrence of a fire or the drawing information of the building. A portable information terminal receives the fire information distributed from the fire information distribution server to start an evacuation guidance application, and detects the current location of its own terminal, and transmits the current location information to the fire information distribution server.
