<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam having flame retardancy, low compression permanent strain and excellent thermal conductivity and suitable for OA equipment and an electric product such as a hard disk as a vibration control material and a soundproof material. <P>SOLUTION: In the polyurethane foam obtained from a polyurethane foam raw material including a polyol, isocyanate, a catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a flame retardant, the polyol includes 25 to 55 pts.wt polyol A having weight average molecular weight of 300 to 1,000 and 100 to 600 mg KOH/g hydroxyl value in 100 pts.wt polyol, the flame retardant is formed of a melamine powder and a phosphate based flame retardant, while an isocyanate index is 85 to 100 and the apparent density of the polyurethane foam is 80 to 120 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
