<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheostomy tube that does not impose an excess burden on a patient and facilitates achieving an arterial oxygen saturation degree comparable to an arterial oxygen saturation degree of a healthy individual by using administered oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: The tracheostomy tube 1, which has a distal end 1d and a proximal end 1p and is indwelled within an incision site within the trachea, includes a wall section 11 that has a distal end side opening Od and a proximal end side opening Op and extends from the distal end 1d to the proximal end 1p, a main conduit 12 formed within the wall section 11 and penetrating from the proximal end side opening Op to the distal end side opening Od, and an oxygen administration conduit 3 for introducing oxygen to the distal end 1d side.
