<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw inspection method for inspecting ultrasonic flaws of a stress part of a turbine rotor blade thoroughly and reducing a time for flaw inspection. <P>SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw inspection method for a turbine rotor blade fork which rotates and scans a sector scanning surface scanning an angle of refraction in an arch shape, with an angle of rotation of the sector scanning surface where a pin hole is detected by providing a step for detecting pin holes as a starting point, three-dimensional rotation scanning is performed to the sector scanning surface at angle pitch smaller than 2.7°, and the angle of rotation of the scanning surface where a step is detected by providing a step for detecting steps is regarded as an end point or rotation scanning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
