<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer superconducting coil device and a superconducting coil device capable of enhancing the stability of a superconducting coil by preventing the superconducting characteristics from declining. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer superconducting coil device comprises a superconducting coil 10 formed by winding a superconducting tape wire 11 in the outer diameter direction, a superconducting coil device 31 in which a plurality of superconducting coils 10 are stacked in the axial direction, a coil cover 13 provided in each superconducting coil 10 from the outermost periphery to the innermost periphery thereof in the circumferential direction of the superconducting coil 10, and a connection plate 15 which connects the plurality of superconducting coils 10 electrically at the terminal 11a of the superconducting tape wire 11. The terminal 11a is wound via the coil cover 13. Dimension of each coil cover 13 in the radial direction of the superconducting coil 10 is determined so that the radial dimension of the superconducting coil 10 from the center thereof to the connection position by the connection plate 15 is substantially equalized among the plurality of superconducting coils 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
