<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient light-emitting device with a simple circuit, and to provide an LED driving method used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a light source section 20 which is driven by a DC power supply, and includes first to nth LED groups connected in this order in series; and a drive control section 30 which detects an electric current passing through the output terminal of the light source section 20, and changes the number of the LED groups driven in the light source section when the detected electric current gets out of the previously set range of the electric current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
