<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery evaluating jig and a battery evaluating method capable of evaluating the performance of a battery from a mixed coating liquid, without passing through a coating/drying steps in a manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluating jig has a container 110; a cover body 120; an O-ring 130; a positive electrode collecting portion 150; and a negative electrode collecting portion 160. On the cover body 120, check valves 122 and 123, and a glass plate 170 are formed. In the inside of the evaluating jig, a positive electrode paste layer, a separator S, and a negative electrode paste layer are laminated. Then, the inside of the evaluating jig is decompressed, and the paste layers are dried to be a laminated electrode body. After pressure restoration, an electrolyte is injected into the inside of the evaluating jig, and the inside of the evaluating jig is decompressed again. The battery performance of an evaluation battery formed in the inside of the taken-out evaluating jig is measured, and the temperature of the negative electrode collecting portion 150 is measured from infrared rays passing through the glass plate 170. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
