<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply structure that can efficiently supply grinding liquid to a machining point to be a sliding contact part between an abrasive surface of a cup-shaped grinding wheel and a workpiece and recovering the grinding liquid fed to the machining point without splashing the grinding liquid to the surrounding. <P>SOLUTION: In this liquid supply structure, a cylindrical cover 30 is provided to cover the entire periphery of the cup-shaped grinding tool 20, and base metal 21 of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 20 includes a plurality of liquid supply holes 26 formed to pass through a center wall part 22 from a liquid receiving part 25 provided on a surface on a spindle 10 side of the center wall part 22 and to open at the inside of a peripheral wall 23. The cover 30 includes a cylindrical peripheral wall 31 surrounding outer peripheries of the peripheral wall 23 and an abrasive layer 24 of the base metal 21 via a small gap S. The liquid supply structure includes pump means 27, 32 to move the grinding liquid in the cover inside direction through the small gap S by rotation of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
