<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell which is less likely to be affected by impurities diffused from a glass plate through a translucent resin sealing the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A cell having a p-type amorphous silicon film 3 deposited on the light incident surface side of an n-type silicon crystal substrate 1 with an i-type silicon film 2 interposed therebetween is used, and includes a transparent conductive layer deposited on the p-type amorphous silicon film 3, an antireflection layer 10 deposited on the transparent conductive layer, and a collector electrode S1 connected electrically with the transparent conductive layer. The transparent conductive layer consists of a conductive film 6 deposited on the amorphous silicon film and containing an indium oxide as a main component, and a conductive film 8 deposited thereon and containing a zinc oxide as a main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
