<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for solar cell module capable of transporting a solar cell onto a stage and aligning it thereon without causing damage to the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for solar cell module includes: a stage on which a solar cell is placed; and a belt conveyor unit transporting the solar cell and placing it on the stage. The belt conveyor unit comprises: a cell holding part capable of moving forward and backward over the stage; a fixed pulley; a movable pulley capable of moving toward and away from the fixed pulley; and an excess length adjustment part for adjusting an excess length of an endless belt stretched between the fixed pulley and the movable pulley. A belt traveling regulation mechanism is further provided, the mechanism regulating the traveling direction of the endless belt only in one direction when the movable pulley moves forward and backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
