<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of highly accurately correcting for distortions in dynamic images, and an image processing system and an image processing method,. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing system includes: an imaging apparatus for imaging an object in a scanning line sequence to generate an input video signal; a motion vector generation part for generating first horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors that indicate the interframe travel distances in the input video signal, respectively; a motion vector conversion part for converting the first horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors into second horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors per one frame time, taking account of the first vertical direction motion vector; a motion vector interpolation part for performing interpolation processing using the second horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors with regard to at least two frames, to generate third horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors that indicate the travel distances in horizontal and vertical directions for each scanning line; a correction amount generation part for generating horizontal and vertical direction correction amounts for each scanning line on the basis of the third horizontal and vertical direction motion vectors; and a correction part for correcting the input video signal on the basis of the horizontal and vertical direction correction amounts to generate an output video signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
