A hydrostatic granulator comprises a settling reservoir, above which a pressure reservoir with delivery nozzles is mounted, and on the bottom of the settling reservoir a piping for discharging the granules is mounted, a pump, a tray, arranged under the settling reservoir, a sieve for selecting granules, disposed in the tray, and connecting pipings, in particular pipings for supplying conditioned water, those, one by one, pressure, sucking, overflow and flushing. It is supplemented with a stabilizing reservoir, connected with the settling reservoir in upper part thereof by a levelling siphon. In doing so the both reservoirs have equal volumes and mounted at the same level, and the pressure piping consists of two parts, the outlet of one of which is connected with the bottom of the stabilizing reservoir, and the outlet of the other–with the middle part thereof. In the middle part of the settling reservoir an additional piping for continuous discharge of the granules is mounted. Outlet of said piping is arranged above the tray, the pump is connected by the pressure piping with the stabilizing reservoir, and the smoking piping with the tray under the settling reservoir, and the delivery nozzles in the pressure reservoir are mounted directly on bottom thereof and have cone-like internal openings. |
