<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device in which light emission in an unintended area can be limited even in a micro display, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device includes a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate, an insulation layer which covers the end of the first electrodes and is provided with openings for exposing a part of the first electrodes, second electrodes formed to face the first electrodes, and an organic light-emitting layer formed between the first electrodes and second electrodes. A part of the insulation layer overlapping the end of the first electrode has a first part, and a second part smaller in thickness than the first part in the direction perpendicular to the substrate.
