<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road shape estimation device of vehicles configured to estimate a road shape ahead of the route of a vehicle on the basis of information on another vehicle detected by inter-vehicle communication, and a vehicle travel control device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The road shape estimation device includes road shape estimation means 18 that, when another vehicle determination means 18a determines that another vehicle 2 is present ahead of the route of a vehicle 1, estimates the road shape ahead of the route of the vehicle 1 on the basis of vehicle speed information on another vehicle 2 and driving operation information on another vehicle 2 acquired from another vehicle information acquiring means 10. The driving operation information includes information on a steering angle of another vehicle 2.
