<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detection device which is excellent in sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation image detection device 1 includes a scintillator 11 made of fluorescent material for emitting fluorescent light by radiation exposure, a pixel array 21 for detecting the fluorescent light generated in the scintillator, and a sensor panel 3 for supporting the scintillator provided in close contact with the pixel array. In the radiation image detection device, a reflective layer 15 for reflecting the fluorescent light is provided on a plane opposite from the plane in close contact with the pixel array of the scintillator, the reflective layer is composed of a plurality of reflection film pieces 16, each of the reflection film pieces is provided in ambient reflection film pieces with a gap 17 therebetween, the gap between the reflection film pieces is overlapped on a portion of each pixel 22 of the pixel array, and a radiation ray is transmitted through the reflection layer and is made incident on the scintillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
