<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which allows upper and lower habitable rooms to be temperature controlled with radiation heat, efficiently preventing the habitable room space from being reduced due to the installation space of an air conditioner or a heating and cooling system, with reduced equipment cost and running cost. <P>SOLUTION: A building includes a lower habitable room and an upper habitable room on the top thereof. One or both of the ceiling skeleton of the lower habitable room and the floor of the upper habitable room are made of heat storage material. The floor of the upper habitable room is provided above the ceiling skeleton through a radiation heat storage space. Resulting from the radiation heat produced by a radiation heat generator having one or both functions of cooling and heating installed in the radiation heat storage space, radiation heat effect is obtained in the lower habitable space and the upper habitable space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
