<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement and footwear for stably maintaining and reproducing the longitudinal (length direction) arch of a flat foot as an arch strong to a midair load regardless of the height of the instep of a user's foot and the variation of a load applied to the foot. <P>SOLUTION: The health implement for reproducing the longitudinal arch of the foot includes a first member abutting against a foot sole portion that can feel at least one metatarsal bone out of first to fifth metatarsal bones at the front end of the longitudinal arch of the foot, and a second member abutting against the heel that can feel a heel bone at the rear end of the longitudinal arch, and a moving mechanism for moving both members relatively in the longitudinal direction of the foot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
