<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive pad that is not detached from an attached surface semipermanently and can be replaced with a sucking disc. <P>SOLUTION: A circular film 1 is composed of, for example, a thin polyvinyl chloride film, and has adhesiveness, softness, flatness and transparency in itself. A polyvinyl chloride-made projection 2, for example, that is formed to attach a household commodity or the like is connected to the center of the upper surface 1 US of the film 1 by a high frequency bonding method. The flat surface between the outer edge 1 USE of the upper surface 1 US of the film 1 and the outer edge 2 EE of the projection 2 forms an exposing part 1 USA to the outer world.
