<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of a lubricating oil against a reactor with a simple structure, in a driving device of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The driving device 20 has a case 26 housing rotating electrical machines 14, 16, a reactor L1, and a gear 24 therein. The driving device 20 has lubricating oil accumulated at the bottom of the case 26 in such a way as for the part of the gear 24 to be immersed therein so that the oil can be combed up by the rotation of the gear 24 to be supplied to the rotating electrical machines 14, 16 through an oil supply passage 64 being provided therein. The oil supply passage 64 has an weir 66 that holds back at least a part of the lubricating oil flowing therethrough. The weir 66 has a through-hole 68 formed therein that lets out the lubricating oil held back thereby onto the upper part of the reactor L1.
