<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pile with an outer shell steel pipe which reduces work at a construction site and on the pile head of which reinforcing bars can be favorably provided, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete pile with the outer shell steel pipe includes a cylindrical outer shell steel pipe 2, a cylindrical concrete body 3 integrally formed inside the outer shell steel pipe, and a plurality of reinforcing bars 4, 4 arranged in the concrete body 3 at spaces in a pile peripheral direction. It further includes an end plate 14 covering the upper end face of the concrete body 3, a plurality of anti-deflection members 15, 15 which are protruded on the lower face side of the end plate 14 at spaces in the pile peripheral direction and into which the upper ends of the reinforcing bars are inserted, a plurality of bar sheathing pipes 17, 17 which are embedded in a pipe head upper part 3a of the concrete body while being arranged continuously with the anti-deflection members 15 and through which the reinforcing bars are passed, and a partition plate 7 supported by the bar sheathing pipes 17, 17 and arranged at a position where the pile head of the concrete body is separated into an upper part side 3a and a lower part side 3b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
