PURPOSE: A reinforcement member having elasticity and an earthquake-proof wall structure using the same are provided to sufficiently resist longitudinal load due to an earthquake by functioning as a buff of an elasticity application part for a longitudinal driving of a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement member having elasticity(A) comprises a front reinforcing material(21) and a back reinforcing material(22). An elasticity application part is formed between the front reinforcing material and the back reinforcing material. The elasticity application part(100) comprises a front supporting part, a back supporting part, an elastic body, an elastic body protection unit, and an external skin. The elastic body gives elasticity to the driving of the front supporting part and the back supporting part. |
