摘要 The invention relates to measuring engineering and can be used at development of high-accuracy devices for measurement of surface concentration of chlorophyll in plant leaves of different types. A method of measurement of surface concentration of chlorophyll in plant leaves consists in that a priori typical values of coefficientof chlorophyll overlap in leaves of the plant under investigation are set, and coefficient of dissipation, with leveling spectral characteristics of measuring channels, with formation of flow of optical radiation with normalized by value powerand according to the type of the sample of plant leaf, with its transformation on working wavelengths to voltage, with measurement and storage of this value, with installation and lighting the leaf sample with formed flux of optical radiation with given power, from reflected and reduced by power flux of optical radiation optical signal at wavelengthcorresponding to equality of maximal values of coefficients of absorption of chlorophyll a and chlorophylls b is separated, i.e., this is transformed to voltage, this is measured, with storing the value of voltage obtained and the value of absorption coefficient, then from reflected and weakened by power flux of optical radiation optical signal at wavelengththat corresponds to equality of minimum values of coefficients of absorption of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b is separated, i.e., this is transformed to voltage, this is measured, with storing the value of voltage obtained and the value of coefficient of absorption, then from reflected and weakened by power flux of optical radiation optical signal at wavelengththat corresponds to maximum value of coefficient of absorption of chlorophyll b is separated, i.e., and the optical signal obtained is transformed to voltage, this is measured, with storing the value obtained and the value of coefficient of absorption, with exclusion of effect of reflected flux of optical radiation on photo-receiver of measuring channel and with transformation to voltageof output signal of measuring channel.
