PURPOSE: A passenger seat airbag door module for a vehicle and a manufacture method thereof are provided to effectively protect passengers by inducing an airbag cushion to be stably spread through eliminating damage to a hinge unit of the airbag door by spreading pressure of the airbag cushion. CONSTITUTION: A passenger seat airbag door module(30) for a vehicle comprises a chute(31), an air bag door(32), and a hinge member(33). The chute is connected to a crush pad. The chute is formed in order that a spreading hole(31a) for spreading an airbag cushion penetrates the front surface. The air bag door is settled on the chute. The air bag door is separated from the chute by spreading pressure of the airbag cushion and operates the spreading hole to be open. The hinge member connects the chute and the air bag door. The hinge member performs a role of a hinge of the air bag door.
