PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by using a light absorption layer for collecting sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A reflection electrode layer(20) is positioned on a substrate(10). The reflection electrode layer comprises a first electrode layer(21), a nanoparticle(22), and a second electrode layer(23). The second electrode layer is arranged on the first electrode layer to form a surface recess part having a nanometer scale. The light absorption layer(30) is positioned on the reflection electrode layer. A buffer layer(40) is positioned on the light absorption layer. A transparent electrode layer(50) is positioned on the buffer layer. |
