PURPOSE: A functional knee brace is provided to enable a patient or a disabled person to wear and exercise and to strengthen weak muscle. CONSTITUTION: A functional knee brace comprises: a knee joint support member for holding a knee joint by being coupled at both sides of knee joint between calf and thigh; a first attachment member(30) which is fastened at the knee joint support member, and prevents falling by tightening the knee joint support member to the calf and the thigh; calf and thigh supports(40,50) which vertically supports the inside and outside of the calf and the thigh by being separately coupled to the upper and lower regions of the knee joint support member; and a second attachment member(70) which prevents falling by tightening the calf and thigh supports to the calf and the thigh.
