<p>Disclosed are a congestion information notification method and device. The method comprises: an access network discovering and selecting function ANDSF entity to obtain congestion information of an access network; the ANDSF entity notifying, through an ANDSF policy message, a user equipment (UE) of the congestion information. In the embodiment of the present invention, the congestion information of the access network is carried in the ANDSF policy message, so that the UE can obtain congestion condition of different access networks according to ANDSF policy messages, and select a wireless access network to be used according to the congestion condition, thereby avoiding that the UE fails to access the network because the UE does not know the network congestion condition.</p> |
