Disclosed is a vertical-type continuous mixing-kneading machine, comprising a top layer dry mixer (1), a middle layer wet mixer (2) and a bottom layer cooler (3), wherein a discharge port of the dry mixer is connected to a feed inlet of the wet mixer, a discharge port of the wet mixer is connected to a feed inlet of the cooler, the three sections can be respectively disposed on different structural layers or the dry mixer and the wet mixer can be disposed on the same structural layer, and the three sections can have respective and independent power sources or the dry mixer and the wet mixer can have a shared power source. The bucket of the dry mixer is a single bucket (11) and two stirring blades (111) are provided in the single bucket or, alternatively, the bucket of the dry mixer is divided into a powder bucket (12) and an aggregate bucket (13), two stirring blades (211) being provided in the bucket of the wet mixer. Compared with the prior art, the apparatus can achieve continuous production with the three stages of dry mixing, wet mixing and cooling and can also be combined with other equipment to form an automated production flow. After entering the dry mixer, feedstock successively enters the wet mixer and the cooler under gravitational force. The apparatus has the advantages of saving on transportation costs, having a compact design, and occupying a small area.
