The apparatus (1) has a thermal engine (14) for actuating a suction/delivery assembly i.e. turbine (11). A box (10) forms a suction opening (12) on a lateral side and includes a sealing seat i.e. wooden frame (21), on the lateral side, where the seat completely surrounds the suction opening. A fixing unit is rapidly installed to allow watertight fixing of the seat to a boundary wall (2). A dust discharge duct (26) is formed by a fine and flexible material sheath in a wall tube formed by a plastic film. The seat extends to proximity of ground.
