PURPOSE: A solenoid valve for a brake system is provided to improve the operational durability and obtain the linearity control and responsibilities of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve(100) for a brake system comprises a seat housing(110), a valve seat(120), a sleeve(130), a magnetic core(140), an armature(150), and a restoration spring(160). The seat housing is inserted into a modulator block(101), and the valve seat is installed inside the seat housing. The sleeve is connected to the seat housing. The magnetic core closes the opened upper part of the sleeve and generates an electromagnetic power. The armature opens or closes an orifice(122) of the valve seat and comprises an upper armature(151) and a lower armature(155). The upper armature is included inside the sleeve to move to the front and to the rear, and the lower armature is inserted into the seat housing to move to the front and to the rear. The restoring spring is installed between the armature and the magnetic core and closes the orifice of the valve seat. |
