Increasing numbers of people are taking to exercise in an effort to beat rising obesity epidemics. Frequently therefore a swimmer or user will need to travel to and from the pool in order to go swimming. Children in particular enjoy swimming and many parents and carers feel it to be important that children learn to swim, enrolling the children on lessons. As these lessons are typically regularly timed, it is imperative to get to the lessons on time, and returning can also be time-pressured. Children typically find it time-consuming to dress and undress for swimming, in particular when redressing, finding drying their bodies time-consuming and often forgetting items that are needed, for example clothing items, discarded swimsuits, towels or bags. It does not help that typically the child or user will need to take a towel, their swimsuit, clothing, goggles and a bag to carry it all in to the pool. According to the present invention there is provided a post-exercise suit including at least: an upper body top, and lower body trousers; wherein the suit includes an absorbent inner that acts to wick liquid from a wearer's body.
