The turbine has a distributor (1) whose radial blades (5) are connected by its ends radially external to an annular platform (3). The platform comprises cylindrical edges engaged on rails (11, 15) of a casing (2) at upstream and downstream so as to ensure fixation of the distributor on the casing. Upstream and downstream edges (9, 13) of the distributor are supported against the casing via composite ceramic matrix runners (23), where the runners are made of thermically insulator material. The runners comprise cores surrounded by a sheath and formed by folding of a metal foil.
