FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for through keratoprosthetics in case of aglia. Keratoprosthesis contains optic cylinder and support part in form of ring, not fewer than three additional elastic fixing elements, curved congruent to cornea surface. Each fixing element is formed by two sections, located radially with respect to the ring centre and symmetrically relative to symmetry axis of fixing element, fastened on it at equal angular distance from each other, their free ends being connected to each other with arch-shaped section. Each fixing element is made with possibility of synchronous angular oscillatory motion in vertical plane relative to ring surface, passing through symmetry axis of fixing element and through vertical longitudinal axis of symmetry axis of optic cylinder. Ratio of optic cylinder radius to value of distance from the top of arch-shaped section of fixing element to the ring centre lies in the interval from 0.238 to 0.316.EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to minimise risk of tissue necrosis development, reduce number of keratoprosthesis rejection in long-term period after operation.2 dwg |
