PURPOSE: A filtration drying device is provided to shorten drying time and to wash whole inner side of a tumbler and to facilitate washing by replacing impeller function with a rotation function of the tumbler. CONSTITUTION: A filtration drying device comprises a tumbler (10) consisting of double jacket; a geared motor (20); a duplex rotary joint (30); a hot water supply pipe; and a return flow path. In the tumbler, a pair of first and second rotary shafts (13,14) which is integratedly installed in both sides is rotatably installed in the upper end of a frame (1). The geared motor provides rotational force of a motor shaft (21) to the first rotary shaft through gear combination. The duplex rotary joint is installed at the leading end of the first rotary shaft. An inner pipe which is connected to an outlet in one side is inserted into a pipe formed on the first rotary shaft. A supply flow channel formed in one side of the pipe inserting hole is mutually accessed with an inlet. The hot water supply pipe is connected between the supply flow channel and the double jacket. The return flow path communicates with inside the double jacket.
