PURPOSE: A water supply device of a washing machine is provided to prevent using a huge amount of the washing water when laundry is not performed uniformly or to implement a uniform laundry, or spending a long time for the washing and rinsing; thereby improving the washing and rinsing performance. CONSTITUTION: A water supply device(150) of a washing machine is formed on the rear side and lower side of a detergent box housing(12) formed on a rear end of a washing machine upper panel(10). The water supply device comprises a back side wall unit(151) having an extension length to an up and down direction and a downward barrier wall unit(153) having the extension length to a horizontal direction. The back side wall unit forms a consecutive side wall along the rear side of the detergent box housing in the determent box housing rear side of the washing machine upper panel, and forms a washing water fluid path(N1) between the detergent box housing which is able to flow downwardly. The downward barrier wall unit forms a washing water fluid path(N2) connected to a lower part of the back side wall unit and penetrating through the back side wall unit, and an opening(1531a) which is extended to a front part along a lower surface of the detergent box housing and spraying the washing water in a front end. |
