A wind power installation comprises a wind flow guide accomplished as two vertical shields 2 and 3 coupled to each other by a variable acute angle, an actuating cylinder 9 for regulating the angle, and vertical rotors 10. Levers 11 that connect the rotor shields internal surfaces are double-armed and are connected to actuating cylinders 16 that are hingedly connected to guiding shields internal surfaces. These actuating cylinders, in their turn, are connected to both the actuating cylinder 9 regulating angle between vertical guiding shields through mains 21 and 22 and a hydropneumatic accumulator 19 and pump 20 through a pressure distribution means 18 connected to a transmitter 17 of number of rotors revolutions.
